David joined MedeAnalytics in September 2017, bringing more than 30 years of experience practicing in a variety of areas of law. In his role, David is the head of the legal department, including privacy and compliance, and is charged with corporate governance, IP protection, and more.

Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, David worked for large multi-national companies such as UnitedHealth Group and Cognizant as well as small and charitable organizations. He has experience in criminal prosecution and defense, human resources, litigation, and significant experience in the areas of negotiating, contract drafting, and intellectual property. He is a trusted advisor of Executives, Board Members, Judges, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and technologists. As a troubleshooter and relationship builder, David prides himself on his ability to balance business needs and legal risk.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he double-majored in economics and international relations and earned his Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law.
