Elizabeth Rushforth Joins MedeAnalytics as General Counsel
Fifteen years of legal experience with an emphasis on licensing, securities, compliance and corporate governance
EMERYVILLE, Calif., April 11, 2013 – MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare performance management solutions, announced today that Elizabeth Rushforth has joined MedeAnalytics as senior vice president and general counsel. Most recently, she served as vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer for Unwired Planet, Inc. (formerly Openwave Systems Inc.). Rushforth also served as Unwired Planet’s associate general counsel from 2009 to 2011 and as interim general counsel from 2008 to 2009. Prior to joining Openwave Systems, Rushforth worked as corporate counsel at Sunrise Telecom Incorporated, a telecom management solutions provider.
