Tricia Hemsky joined MedeAnalytics in 2025 as Vice President of Sales supporting our employer benefits solutions. She brings more than 20 years of experience driving client success, strategic growth, and innovative benefit solutions in the healthcare and insurance industries. In her role at MedeAnalytics, Tricia is responsible for leading employer sales efforts, expanding market reach, and delivering value-driven outcomes for our clients.

Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Tricia served as a Regional Vice President at Anthem, where she led strategic initiatives for employer group growth. She previously held executive leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at HUB International and Director of Client Services at Delta Dental. Tricia is also a Certified Strategic Account Manager through the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), demonstrating her expertise in building and nurturing high-value client relationships. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Lung Association in Colorado.

Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from Miami University.
