Chris Gormley serves as General Manager of Employee Solutions and Marketplace at MedeAnalytics, where he is transforming how benefit sponsors and advisors analyze and manage the $1.2 trillion spent annually on employee benefits in the U.S. In this role, he leads the company’s direct-to-employer strategy, overseeing operations and market innovation.

Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at the intersection of healthcare, data analytics, and strategic sourcing.

Before joining MedeAnalytics, he was co-founder and CEO of SubPop Health, acquired by MedeAnalytics in 2024. He previously served as CEO of Conductiv, a leading purchased services GPO and spend management platform, and was President and CEO of Medpricer Inc. prior to its acquisition by Premier in 2019. Earlier in his career, Chris was an early executive at FreeMarkets, the pioneer in B2B electronic sourcing, later acquired by Ariba (now SAP).

Recognized for applying emerging technologies like artificial intelligence to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, Chris is passionate about bringing advanced supply chain methodologies to healthcare benefits—unlocking new value for employers and advisors.

Chris holds multiple U.S. patents and is a published author. He earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, with high distinction, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
