Carey Busby joined MedeAnalytics in February 2023 bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology with 15 years of experience in key leadership roles. As Vice President, Customer Implementations & Operations, Carey is responsible for MedeAnalytics’ project delivery services organization, including all implementations and upgrades of our SaaS analytics products. Her operations teams are hyper-focused on creating process improvements and optimizations, leading to a superior customer experience and speed-to-value.

Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Carey served as a Senior Director of Product and Operations at Optum. She played a key role in process and technology changes that led to significant improvements in implementations and go-to-market outcomes for the payments and communications business, which generates over $200M in revenue and $20M of new implementations per year.

Carey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Trevecca Nazarene University, TN.
