Rosh Plugge, director of revenue systems, and Pete Welch, M.B.A., senior revenue cycle analyst of Brookwood Baptist Health, will share how analytics enabled them to pinpoint trends, analyze root causes, and resolve issues encountered when moving to an electronic health record system—all in an effort to meet the demands of population health and value-based reimbursement. - Track and trend self-pay and point-of-service collections
