Unleash Healthcare 2026 is an invitation-only symposium for health plan leaders. MedeAnalytics is working directly with existing clients to extend invitations to this exclusive event. 

Complimentary conference registration, hotel accommodations, and food and beverage is available September 1-3 for registered MedeAnalytics clients attending this event. Clients will cover their own flights and ground transportation.

We recommend booking your flight arrival in Nashville by 1 pm CT Tuesday, September 1. Afternoon programming starts at 3 pm CT followed by an attendee welcome reception and hosted dinner. As noted above, complimentary conference rooming is available September 1-3 for MedeAnalytics clients attending this event. The conference rate is available for registered attendees three days before official conference dates of September 1-3. Additional days can be noted as you complete your registration.

We recommend scheduling flights to depart after 2 pm CT on Thursday, September 3. Sessions will conclude on this day at 12 pm CT. As noted above, complimentary conference rooming is available September 1-3 for MedeAnalytics clients attending this event. The conference rate is available for registered attendees three days after official conference dates of September 1-3. Additional days can be noted as you complete your registration.

Hotel accommodations are secured as part of the registration process. Additional days before and after the conference dates you wish to stay can be noted then. Finalized hotel details will be shared in your registration confirmation email.

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $45 per night and includes unlimited in-and-out access. For added convenience, several off-site parking garages are located within a short walking distance and offer overnight options at varying rates.

Ground transportation is not provided, but the Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown is located 7 miles (approx. 15-minute drive) from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). Rideshare and taxi services are available from the airport directly to the hotel.

You are welcome to bring a guest to Nashville; however, the educational sessions and evening networking events are for health plan executive attendees only. 

We recommend business casual for the week. For the evening events, jeans and casual attire are appropriate.

In early September, the average daytime temperature is in the mid-80s during the day and pleasant mid-60s at night. However, humidity can remain quite high, making it feel warmer than it is.
