Richardson, Texas – (March 10, 2022) MedeAnalytics, a healthcare analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) leader, announced today the appointment of Saleem Tahir to chief operating officer. Tahir has more than 20 years of experience in business and operations with 15 years of experience in key leadership roles. In his role, Tahir will guide the major customer support functions and drive a continuous improvement program focused on team engagement, productivity and customer experience. Additionally, Tahir’s responsibilities include the development and execution of our operations strategy through ongoing advancement of infrastructure, systems, processes, KPIs, and technology as we rapidly scale growth.

Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Tahir served as vice president of operations & enterprise customer care at Change Healthcare, based in Nashville, TN, where he led enterprise initiatives to transform the customer experience, with operational responsibility for $1B in revenue. Tahir’s prior experience also includes leadership over business and operations teams as general manager and vice president for the communications and payments businesses as well as enterprise client onboarding, where he was responsible for implementing over $100M in annual sales. During this time, he also played a key role in due diligence and post-transaction integration of three strategic acquisitions that included both SaaS and services businesses.

Tahir has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Waterloo, Canada.
