Chris Lance is Chief Product Officer at MedeAnalytics, where he leads product vision, strategy, and execution across their Enterprise Healthcare Performance Cloud. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise product and technology organizations, with a proven track record of building scalable platforms and high-performing portfolios that deliver measurable value for payers and providers.

Prior to MedeAnalytics, Chris served as Chief Product Officer at Avalon Healthcare Solutions, where he helped shape enterprise and product strategy and played a key role in the company’s successful sale to WindRose Health Investors. Previously, he was Chief Product Officer at Edifecs, where he oversaw a portfolio of market-leading products and drove the company’s transition to a cloud-first SaaS model, culminating in a multi-billion-dollar sale to Cotiviti. Earlier in his career, he held senior product leadership roles at Evolent Health and Change Healthcare.

Chris holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University. He currently resides in Nashville.
