GENERAL COUNSEL AND CHIEF PRIVACY OFFICER
K. Rosalia “Rosie” Randolph-Goddard joined MedeAnalytics in 2014 as general counsel & chief privacy officer, bringing more than two decades of diverse legal, healthcare, business, regulatory and compliance experience. Her areas of practice have included, among other things, privacy, regulatory, real estate, healthcare, finance, intellectual property, transactional, insurance, corporate governance, employment law, technology, and software as a service. Rosie has guided Legal teams in companies of all sizes and a wide variety of businesses, including the heavily regulated fintech and healthcare industries. In her role at MedeAnalytics, Rosie manages all aspects of the Legal and Privacy Department and oversees the Information Security Department.
When not at work, Rosie enjoys spending time on her family and her community. Two areas of special interest are assisting and serving the homeless in the San Francisco Bay area and, as a Liberian, working with organizations that assist and educate Liberian school girls. Additionally, Rosie holds degrees from UC Davis (Bachelor Degrees in Political Science & Rhetoric and Communication graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors); UC Hastings College of the Law (Juris Doctorate with a Tax Specialty Certificate); and to round out her expertise, she is currently seeking a CISO certification.
