As Senior Vice President, Customer Care, Kristen Aleksa is responsible for ensuring MedeAnalytics’ focus on the customer experience as we rapidly scale growth. She leads the Customer Care team, which is charged with both managing the day-to-day operational success of our clients, while also focusing on proactive measurement and KPI processes around operational delivery, to drive timeliness of outcomes.
Kristen previously led the Implementation Services team at MedeAnalytics and continues to leverage her 20+ year career in leading software delivery, support and client experience functions. Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Kristen served as Executive Vice President for a managed service provider, building scalable operational and customer experience processes. She also spent 17+ years leading software delivery functions in the healthcare industry, where, as a vice president, she managed a portfolio of projects earning ~$150M/year in revenue.
Kristen holds a Master of Health Science degree in Health Policy from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Vermont.
