Account Management Services
A core Client Account team serves as HCSC's primary points of contact for all client needs and serves as your primary escalation and triage point. The team consists of dedicated Account Management and non-dedicated resources based upon the solutions utilized by HCSC.
Working as a strategic partner, MedeAnalytics provides subject matter expertise and solution consulting that will continue to innovate HCSC’s analytic and reporting objectives and initiatives. Recent improvements within our Client Strategy and Account Management organization bring direct health plan experience to our payer client partnerships.
HCSC's dedicated team includes:
- Executive Sponsor (Dave Schweppe) - member of the MedeAnalytics executive team who serves as a thought leader, partner, and high-level escalation point
